General Terms

• Prices may be subject to change between commissions based on demand, but are also negotiable pre-commission (not during/after) & per commission.• I have the right to reject any order for any reason.• You must notify me of any deadlines before I even accept the commission (ie. game release date/project timeline). This is in case I cannot achieve the ideal deadline for the commission in the demanded time; if I am able to accept, then deadlines anticipated sooner than 2 weeks will cost +30%• Information may be updated if deemed necessary, with the respective date amended for TOS updates.

Payment

• Accepted currency is USD & will be paid through PayPal.• Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront, or split 50% upfront & 50% in exchange for receiving the final product. It is the client's responsibility to save the correct amount of money before the commission is started.• Clients can discuss a written payment plan with me for works exceeding $1,000, usually comprising of 4 payments. Customers may choose a time interval ranging from 2 to 6 weeks between payments, & the final product will be received in exchange for the final payment; a non-refundable late fee of 20$ will apply for every week the client fails to meet a bill on time.• Don't send payment before I have agreed to your commission/requested any payment. I will send you an Invoice when ready.• I will not start/continue until the necessary payment amount(s) has been successfully received; or a minimum of 50% of total payment for payment plans.• Tips are not expected (nor refundable) but are greatly appreciated! They let me know you loved my work/services by giving me an extra monetary bump that could buy me a coffee ^^

Process of Delivery

• Completion time may vary from 2-4 weeks; depending on health, commission's complexity, other work, & IRL.• Recorded samples & watermarked screenshots of the WIP will be provided during the process, &/or upon the client's request, in order to see progress, promote effective communication, & provide constructive feedback.• If I have a question, I will ask! Feel free to do the same.• Please be responsive in a timely manner; the same applies to me as the artist.• Once the commission is finished & paid for in full, you will receive a digital copy of the final product as an MP3, WAV, OGG, &/or other specified audio formats. Note that there is no physical product.

Revisions

• Revisions are relatively flexible & open for constructive criticism during the process. However:• A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final product, unless a misunderstanding on my end has been made.• Fee size depends on the complexity of changes you want me to make, & is usually based on an hourly wage.• If any provided references/samples to incorporate into the music is too unclear/unacceptable quality to start with, changes will come at an extra charge (ie. recorded lyrics with unwanted background noise)

Copyright & Usage

———— I, Pluto Elysio (the artist): ————• I reserve the right to cancel & refund the order at any time for any reason.• I retain all copyrights over the commissioned piece itself.• I do NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of any parts to the composition that do not belong to me (ie. sung lyrics).• I will NOT profit further from the commissioned piece unless you (the customer) break any of the Terms, ie. performance royalties.• I reserve the right to post the commissioned piece online, ie. my YouTube portfolio.———— You (the client): ————• Are free to use the commissioned piece without any required license or subscription; so long as I am credited as needed.• You may NOT make monetary profits from the commissioned piece(s) itself (ie. reselling, redistributing, prints, etc.)• You may NOT alter the commissioned piece without my (the artist's) consent.• You may include the commissioned piece in a commercial project (credited), so long as I am informed prior to the commission to give my explicit consent• You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP) of provided samples such as your voice, instruments or lyrics.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• The buyer is not allowed to request a refund once I've started working on the commission.• However, if for any personal reason I am unable to start or finish your commission in time & must cancel, you will receive a full refund.• If you cancel your order before I've started it, you will receive a full refund.• Do not request a PayPal chargeback for refunds, I will transfer the money back to you myself. If you request a chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund, you will lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece, & I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback & supply PayPal with the appropriate information of our commission process, & you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again.• Returns (refunds for commissions already completed) are not accepted.
